IFFD organized in July the second edition of Family Enrichment Holidays (FEH 2017), establishing its position as a very important event for the training of international moderators and the promotion of IFFD courses, particularly in European countries. Nineteen families took part in this edition, from Family Enrichment centers in 13 countries on 4 continents. The design of the program combines training and holidays, and the participating families were able to enjoy outdoor activities in the mountains of the Spanish Pyrenees (Huesca).

Participants included new and more experienced moderators, some of whom helped out with some of the training sessions. These included Gillian Roussy, president of Family Enrichment in Canada and member of the IFFD English and French technical committees; Olivier Yao, moderator from the Ivory Coast and member of the IFFD French technical committee; and Emilio Klappenbach, who was a coordinator of Family Enrichment courses in Singapore and now moderates courses in Madrid.
