The Hungarian Family Association ‘Nagycsaládosok Országos Egyesülete’ has selected the Latvian Leonids Mucenieks, president of ‘Latvijas daudzbērnu ģimeņu biedrību’, and Ignacio Socías, director of international relations for IFFD, as joint recipients of its first international award. The award was presented by the Minister of Family Affairs, Women and Youth, Kátalin Novák, in a ceremony which took place in Budapest.
