IFFD en Bruselas, proyecto FaS

El día 26 de enero Ignacio Socías y Eloïse Leboutte, representando a IFFD, participaron en el II Seminario del proyecto FaS sobre familias inmigrantes, cuyo debate fue muy interesante, al revelarse datos de las investigaciones sobre la abrumadora importancia de los padres frente a la de la escuela y de que el hecho de inmigrar no afecte a la estabilidad familiar. Una primera conclusión fue lanecesidad de estudiar los medios para fomentar el “quality parenting”, la calidad del cuidado parental. Aprovechó su estancia en Bruselas para asistir a un desayuno muy interesante sobre el planteamiento de la atención a la tercera edad en la UE: el papel del Estado, de la iniciativa privada y de las familias; y para reunirse con el europarlamentario Arne Gericke, con el que hablaron sobre una posible colaboración en un proyecto para fomentar la conciliación trabajo-familia en la UE y sobre posibles tareas formativas con jóvenes interesados en instituciones internacionales y...

The World Family Summit +10 organized by the World Family Organization and the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the Chinese government, has been celebrated in Zhuhai (China), 2-4 December.
