In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 03/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data you provide will be incorporated into a file owned by IFFD. 

IFFD – International Federation for Family Development – Federación Internacional para la Orientación Familiar en Spanish, is an association non-governmental, non-profit, independent and private which main activities are to support parents in their child-rearing work through Family Enrichment courses and to organize worldwide congresses which help experts on family to share knowledge and best practices. IFFD collaborates with the United Nations as an entity with General Consultative Status in the ECOSOC.

  1. Data processing

Data will be treated with confidentiality and with the legally established security measures.

The compiled data will be essential for the development of the activity and will be treated with the specific purpose of managing your participation in IFFD events. Under no circumstances will be transferred or treated by third parties, natural or legal persons, without your consent, except in those cases where it is essential for the proper provision of the service. Additionally they could be used to send information about other training activities developed by IFFD or collaborating entities.

  1. Image processing

The right to one’s own image is regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Given the importance of image in current communication and to publicize the activity of IFFD through new technologies within the communications, publications and commercial actions that our entity may carry out, IFFD could publish images in which your image appears individually or in group and/or personal data (we refer to data that may appear on your identification card in the event in which you participate, such as your name, surname and country of origin, for example). These images could be replicated in communications by collaborating entities. 

  1. Data rectification, cancellation and revocation of consent.

You have the right to consult, rectify or cancel your data or revoke your consent by sending your request to C/ Artistas 2, piso 2. 28020 Madrid – Spain, clearly indicating your name, surname and address, or by sending an e-mail to mail@iffd.org.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use of our website and registration through said website shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or such registrations shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
