Tomás Malmierca, moderator and director of the Papel del Padre program, will give 4 training sessions to moderators in Colombia during the month of March. The purpose of the sessions is to prepare for the launching of the Papel del Padre program in the Latin-American country.
This program, which revolves around the paternal task, presents in its documents a unique vision of the noble task entrusted to men in the family. The atmosphere in the course is not that of an academic training, but that of a meeting of friends interested in improving and helping each other.
This program is based on an adaptation of the case method, which is an eminently participatory tool for the development of good decision-making skills.
In Colombia, the launch of this program has been awaited for a long time and is already in great demand. The program is expected to be open for enrollment starting in June.
