The 2018 IFFD Family Awards were presented at the UN HQ to the president of the Hungarian Large Families Association (Nagycsaládosok Országos Egyesülete), Ms. Katalyn Kardosné Gyurkó, and the executive director of the Doha International Family Institute, Ms. Noor Al Malki Al Jehani.
The awards were presented during the IFFD Briefing, which was held on February 1. The IFFD Briefing has been held at the UN Headquarters in New York for the past six years during the Session of the Commission for Social Development. The event, a panel discussion on ‘Youth Integration for Sustainable Development’, was organized by The Permanent Mission of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, in partnership with the Permanent Mission of Hungary to the United Nations and IFFD.
