IFFD hosted an event with French youth in Marseille, France, to explain the think tank Familles Durables or Durable Families. Familles Durables is an independent, citizen, non-partisan and non-religious think tank, founded in 2021. It conducts research and empirical data processing, analyzes the problems experienced by French women at the heart of their family life and transmits research carried out by other entities on their 5 pillars: early childhood, parenthood, youth empowerment, retirement and old age.
Thus, Familles Durables aims to be a place of knowledge creation and sharing of evidence, but also a forum and research catalyst in favor of the adaptation of the legislative and regulatory framework to the specific needs of French women in their family life.
The event organized by IFFD was well received and almost a half of the young participants have taken the IFFD program Personal Project.
