In accordance with Spanish law, donations must be registered with the identity details of the individual donor or company: full name or corporate name, tax identification number, and full address. 3. Event and Training Registration Conditions

3.1 Data Requested During Registration

To register for events, you must complete a registration form and make the corresponding financial contribution for the event in which you will participate.

The requested data is necessary to manage your registration and record the contributions received in compliance with Spanish legislation. IFFD is required to identify contributions with the name or corporate name of the payer, tax address, and identity document or tax identification code in the case of a company.

Data that may be requested during registration:

– Participant’s first name
– Surname(s)
– Payer’s identity document (ID / Passport / Tax ID)
– Full address of the payer (street – city – postal code – country)
– Corporate name if the payer is a company
– Contact email
– Contact phone number (optional)
– Event for which you are registering
– Registration type selected: individual or couple

Optional statistical data may also be requested, such as age range, marital status, number of children, etc.

Please consult the Data Processing Policy in this section.

3.2 Financial Contributions

IFFD is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to coordinate activities in favor of the family.

We seek support from foundations, institutions, and individual donors to cover the costs of these activities. When donations are insufficient, we ask participants to collaborate with a financial contribution. The contributions assigned to each registration aim to complete the operational costs necessary to make the event possible.

3.3 Contributions by Credit/Debit Card / Bank Transfer / Deposit to IFFD Account

Payment will preferably be made by VISA or Mastercard through Stripe or Banco Santander virtual POS.

You may also make your contribution by bank transfer or deposit after completing the registration form. In this case, you must indicate in the transfer reference the name and surname of the participants, city, and country of residence.

3.4 Registration Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is specified for each event.

As a general rule:

  • If cancellation occurs 1 month before the start of the event, the amount paid will be refunded, although an administrative fee may be deducted.

  • Less than 1 month before the start of the event: no refund will be made, unless there is a justified and documented cause that makes attendance impossible.
