The venue for the 18th International Family Congress will be the Palacio de Congresos –Conference Center -, located in Valencia (Spain).
The Palacio de Congresos, designed by Norman Foster, is one of the emblems of Valencia. Its original architectural conception is remarkable. From the air an inclined cover suggests the profile of a fish. From the street the stunning esthetics of the building surprises with an impressive shelter maintained on uneven pillars resembling the bow of a ship.
It was inaugurated in 1998 and was rewarded in 1999 with the prestigious reward of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
