Šeimų Universitetas, the Family Enrichment Center in Lithuania, successfully hosted its annual Couples’ Weekend 2025, welcoming 70 couples for two meaningful and inspiring days together. The event continues to grow in popularity, with many participants returning for another year and all tickets selling out within just three weeks.
Now firmly established as a cherished tradition, Couples’ Weekend offers a unique space for couples to step away from daily routines and intentionally invest in their relationships. This year’s program created a thoughtful balance between deep reflection, shared learning, and joyful connection.
Throughout the weekend, couples explored essential themes of long-lasting love, including common challenges and “sins” that can quietly damage relationships over time. Honest conversations were paired with moments of laughter, as participants reflected on the missteps and lessons of their early years together.
Some of the most touching moments came during guided exercises that invited couples to slow down and reconnect — including a quiet minute spent simply looking into the eyes of the person they love most. Alongside emotional depth, the program also encouraged lighthearted togetherness, from learning new Latin American dance steps to collaborative problem-solving through a Family University case-study activity.
The weekend once again highlighted the mission of Šeimų Universitetas: to strengthen families through education, connection, and shared experience.
